Family Girl Crochet Story

This store's exceptional story began in 2011 when Suad, a vocational education teacher, decided to start her project.
Suad and three girls began their project in their Irbid Governorate village with limited capital but an unwavering determination for success.

They began selling their products locally and continued doing so until 2014, when they started using WhatsApp to communicate with their customers. Suad, one of the three girls, took a big step in 2014 by creating a Facebook group for the project, which already had around 11,000 members. Suad then started marketing her products through the Facebook group.

The project was licensed in 2019, and a team of three women and two men was hired. They expanded their products to all governorates of Jordan and even started exporting outside the country. Today, their project provides financial support to five households. Moreover, it contributes to the economic empowerment of women.

Their venture has become multifaceted, making bags, doll accessories, crochet products, upcycled shoes, and upcycled wood products, including wall hangings, dollhouses, and tables. Their products are marketed through exhibitions, bazaars, and points of sale in Irbid and Amman, in addition to their presence on social media platforms.

This project is a source of profit and a way to empower women and support them in building a better future.
