Wafaa Art Story

From a Creative Pastime to a Small Business

For Wafaa Suleiman, drawing was just a hobby that she loved, and she enjoyed performing whenever she had the opportunity. She used to publish some of her works on social media pages, which were liked and accepted by many people, and then she started selling charcoal drawings at the request of people. And then her hobby developed into a profitable business, through which she aspires to develop her drawing skills and use special tools and products that help her improve the level and quality of her drawings.
In her work, Wafaa offers distinctive pieces of art specially made for people with love and passion. They are products that are affordable and accessible to everyone, but whose moral value is very precious.

What Materials Does Wafaa Use in Her Artwork?

Wafaa uses various materials to make her artistic products, such as accessories, precious stones, copper and silver wires, wooden logs, and pebbles.
As for the paintings, she uses materials such as lead, charcoal, and all kinds of colors (wooden, pastel, watercolor, and acrylic), in addition to canvases, and Canson paper, also she uses high-quality wooden frames.

How Long Does it Take for Wafaa to Produce these Artworks?

The time and effort spent depend on the type and size of the piece to be produced. For example, acrylic artworks take a day or more. As for watercolor paintings and tree wire models, they take about 4 to 5 hours.
Wafaa follows many steps in an elaborate manner to show its products in the best way possible. The drawings, for example, begin by forming the main lines of the drawing requested by the customer, then shading and coloring with initial layers of colors, and finally adding details to it that makes the picture look real.  As for the figures made with wires, she chooses the wire color and the type of stones, then starts assembling them until the product appears in its final form.
