This project aims to offer traditional products that are commonly used daily in a unique and modern way. These products primarily include kitchen and dining utensils like cups, plates, and candlesticks, crafted using high-quality materials such as pottery and glass. The pieces are also decorated with beautiful colors to enhance their appeal and aesthetic value.
Mai's process of creating a single piece of pottery takes several days to complete. She manually crafts a group of reports using simple tools, which requires much time and physical effort. To begin, she shapes the desired piece from the dough with her hands. After that, she leaves the piece to dry for several days. Once the piece is dry, it is ready to be baked or burned in a pottery oven at a high temperature for about six hours. After 24 hours, Mai adds colors or decorations to the piece until it looks elegant. Finally, she burns the piece for a second time until it is ready for use.
Mai performs her job with love and perfection, but she faces challenges related to promoting and selling products on a large scale and reaching more customers.
