Cancelation Refund and Return Policy

>Souq Fann has different policies if the payment transaction happens inside or outside Jordan

1. Inside Jordan

Cash on delivery

In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order with cash on delivery, he/she can cancel the order by answering to the confirmation call/email of Souq Fann team by stating that the order has to be cancel. If Souq Fann staff doesn’t receive any answer from the customer within 4 days, the order is automatically canceled and an email is sent to the customer informing him/her about the cancellation of the order.

Souq Fann do not make any refund. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Souq Fann team about the exchange of the product(s) within 24 hours from the receipt of the product(s) by phone call or by sending an email to info@souqfann.com. The product should be sent by the customer to Souq Fann office within 72 hours. The shipping fees to return and receive the new product(s) are on the customer’s charge.

Paypal and credit cards payments

In the case the customer chooses to pay his/her order per credit card or Paypal, he/she cannot cancel his/her order unless a common consensus is reached between the customer and Souq Fann staff. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Souq Fann team about the exchange of the product(s) within 24 hours from the receipt of the product(s) by phone call or by sending an email to info@souqfann.com. The product should be sent by the customer to Souq Fann office within 72 hours. The shipping fees to return and receive the new product(s) are on the customer’s charge.

2. Outside Jordan

Customers residing outside Jordan should pay their order per credit card or Paypal. The customer cannot cancel his/her order unless a common consensus is reached between the customer and Souq Fann staff. The customer can exchange the received products, only once, in exchange to the same product or product(s) equal to the same amount or a voucher. The customer should notify Souq Fann team about the exchange of the product within 24 hours from the receipt of the products by phone call or by sending an email to info@souqfann.com. The product should be sent to Souq Fann office by the customer within 5 working days. The shipping fees to return and receive the new product(s) are on the customer’s charge.
